Consular Section is located in Pristina, Anton Ćetta street, No. 6

Working hours of the consular section are from Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 14:00.
Consular Section until further notice, will not work in principle of prior appointment for visa application, legalization of documents, residence permits etc.
For the legalization of documents, applicants may submit their requests every working day from 8:00 to 9:00 pm. Verified documents will be returned to the applicants on the same day after 15:00.
Applicants may submitt their visa and residence permit applications any working day from 9:00 to 12:00pm. If the documentation is completed and if there is no obstacle for the embassy to issue visa, the visa will be issued on the next working day. Residence permits will be issued after the decision of the competent administrative unit in the Republic of Slovenia.
All informations about visas, residence permits, legalization, citizenship, book of registry (birth certificates, marriage certificates,death certificates etc),passport, etc. can be obtained through the contact number 00381 38 246 255 between 8:00 to 13:00, or via e-mail mpi(at)gov.si.
If the request is not complete, it can be completed on the next working day from 13:00-14:00.
All applications for visas or residence permit, can be obtained free of charge at the Embassy of Republic of Slovenia, as well as on the web site (www.mzz.gov.si).
All fees are paid during the submission of the application at the consular section of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Pristina. Any additional payment or promise in obtaining visa or residence permit is not allowed. We are familiar with cases when unknown persons near the Embassy promise obtaining a residence permit or visa in order to benefit financially.
