Important notice: Measures taken at the Consular section of the Embassy from 16 March 2020 in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus
We would like to inform you that in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Pristina has taken the following measures until further notice:
- the Consular Section of the Embassy will not accept applications for residence permits, issue residence permits, authenticate documents and provide other consular services to foreign nationals;
- information will be provided to clients exclusively by email or by telephone. Telephone number (listed below) will be open from Monday to Thursday between 9.30hrs and 12hrs and between 14hrs and 16hrs;
- in case of emergency for Slovenian citizens please inform us in advance by phone or e-mail and make an appointment. Until further notice we will only provide urgent consular services such as the issuance of emergency passport and the issuance of personal documents for urgent matters.
We would also like to inform you that Slovenian Visa Center operated by VFS Global will be closed from Monday 16 March 2020 until further notice. The Visa Center will not accept applications for short-stay visas and will not accept clients for fingerprinting for residence permit procedures.
